Home / Mentoring

Because many in our community may find it difficult to reintegrate back into society, HOME understands these challenges can be a deterrent to moving forward. Consequently, it is important to offer services that help individuals regain self-confidence, establish priorities, and maintain an upward and onward mentality. HOME is committed to pairing individuals with mentoring partners that encourage disenfranchised individuals to move beyond where they are right now to pursue the life they desire. Our Mentors provide structure and direction that help our participants plan for success and achieve their goals. Mentoring opportunities are available through counseling, life skills, and personal development programs. Participants must meet specific requirements to be accepted in a HOME Mentoring program
